I’m excited to announce these new 3D printable models from our May the 4th Star Wars themed live stream that I think you’re going to love.
1. Cookie Wookie
First up, the one and only “Cookie Wookie” featuring Cookie Monster from Sesame Street dressed up as Chewbacca from Star Wars, munching on cookies from a cookie jar shaped like the Death Star capturing the playful and lovable spirit of both Cookie monster and Chewbacca. This highly detailed model has been designed to be FDM friendly, printing without any supports!
2. Calvin Skywalker
Calvin from the beloved comic strip Calvin and Hobbes, dressed up as the iconic Star Wars hero, Luke Skywalker. This is is the results from the exciting and fast paced 25 minute sculpting challenge initiated by viewer lastRymac during the stream sighting “Calvin dressed as Luke” at the subject. This model depicts Calvin extending his left hand, using the force to lift objects or using the Jedi mind trick, while his right hand grasps at his lightsaber on his belt ready for action should the need arise.
3. Two Cute Jawas
Lastly the two Adorable stylized Jawas, created at the beginning of the stream, one in a upright pose and the other leaning curiously to the side hiding their hands behind their backs in an effort to appear innocent of whatever tricks they have been up to. Both of these delightful models print without supports as well

I’m so happy to share with you this Star Wars themed 3d printable model featuring Stitch, the lovable alien from Disney’s “Lilo and Stitch,”. Download below.
He comes from a galaxy far far away, programmed for mayhem and destruction, but oh so cute and fluffy!
In this piece, Stitch is shown holding three lightsabers, ready to fight off any enemies that come his way. But that’s not all – Stitch is also holding onto a crashed X-wing, showing off his strength and determination to defend his allies and defeat his foes. Mid battle and ready to pounce once more, Stitches pose inspired by General Grievous was chosen to bring together and amplify both Stitch’s cute and friendly appearance with his more dangerous and impulsive nature.
So, is he on the light side or the dark side of the force? I will leave that for you to decide.
This highly detailed, quality model has been split into multiple parts for ease of printing and painting with the keys slotting together super nice and mostly seamless once assembled. His antenna are the thinnest parts and therefore trickiest to print, so make sure to be mindful of them while handling the head.

Guys!! I’m super excited!! Chris Frieze from Inspyr3d and I have been enjoying chilidogs and working together from opposite sides of the planet to bring you this amazing Sonic and Tails piece.
As the first artist collaboration here at Sparkyface5 I really wanted to help create something that is representative of both our journeys’ by making it Fun, flexible, customizable and ever expandable. We have known and supported each other for many years and enjoy a shared history from engineering and a fascination with 3d printing technology into art, 3d design and beyond.
There are 12 sections that make up the classic ring shape and these have been carefully engineered to be able to connect in either orientation so you can create a unique path of hills and valleys to tell your own stories. Also included is 4 variations of the powerups: speed, rings, shield and invincibility for you to swap out as desired. Also Bonus content: matching filament roller for FDM printers using the infamous 608 bearings!! With experimental features I could really use your help with. (see video explanation here )
I really hope you enjoy 3d printing these and share with us what setups and creative ways you use or add to it!
Working with Chris has been a great experience, he has been positive and easy going throughout and always open to design changes and brainstorming new ideas.
One day I hope to share a chilidog with him in person!

Hey guys! First model of the month is here! This year is set to be one of growth and transformation as we set our sights high and go all in together and what better movie to draw from for this than The Emperor’s New Groove!
While Yzma’s transformation is only superficial it is hilariously contrasting which really tickles me and makes me laugh. So cute and yet.. still a little scary! And, oh no! She stands between us and the throne! What will we do?
For this model I really tried to capture her malicious intent while maintaining her soft, cute appearance and to utilise environment to give more meaning and story to the piece as a whole. I hope you enjoy it and I can’t wait to share more of this story with you!
All the parts were all 3D printed with no supports, and a good idea to hollow the base in the slicer to save on resin as it is quite large.
